چکیده

This paper presents a solution methodology for H∞-feedback control design problem of Heparin controlled blood clotting network under the presence stochastic noise. The formulaic procedure to solve nonlinear partial differential equation, Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs equation with Successive Galrkin’s Approximation is sketched and validity proved. According Lyapunov’s theory, solutions PDEs, robust feedback designed. To confirm performance robustness designed controller, numerical Monte-Carlo simulation results by Simulink software on MATLAB are provided.

Clotting in whole blood: analysis of a biochemical reaction network.

The coagulation cascade is a complex biochemical network replete with regulatory reactions and cellular contributions. The behavior of the system cannot necessarily be predicted intuitively from the existing state-of-the-art biochemical knowledge of the individual reactions. Knowledge of the reaction kinetics of the components in this complex system has major implications for an understanding o...
